We’ve come a long way, haven’t we, ladies?
But we also have to recognize that there is still so much ground to cover… to truly (and confidently) own whoever we are and want to be, and to pass that message along to our children and peers!
Why have we made this our mission?
First and foremost, we’re women who grew up under the pressures of “feminine perfection” and to this day, we still have to work to break free of those antiquated ideas. Secondly, we’re mothers who strive to make sure our children, our daughters in particular, grow up knowing that their voices matter.
Together, our backgrounds in coaching and interventional therapy allow us to create programs that build esteem from the bottom up, catching any issues at a young age to enable future women to transcend those doubts as adults.
